The National Customer Service Awards and The European Call Centre Awards seek to reward, recognise and celebrate excellence across the contact centre and customer service industry.

Postcode Anywhere was very pleased to join such prestigious names as John Lewis, Aviva, Cooperative Bank and Sage as a finalist. We made the top three but didn’t win on the night. Hopefully next year!
