We place a considerable value on the relationships that we have with our data partners. The quality of their data, frequency of updates as well as their pricing and licensing terms are all issues that we take into consideration when we source data to supply our customers.

Royal Mail
PAF® contains around three million business and 26 million residential addresses. An invaluable tool for creating and maintaining mailing lists and databases, PAF® also reduces the number of returned or undelivered items. We provide PAF® as a hosted or local web service and, unlike other PAF® resellers, we update the database every day.
Ordnance Survey
Our partnership with OS, the national mapping agency for Great Britain gives us a relationship with one of the world’s largest producers of maps. OS data is used by us to provide mapping, address management and route planning and optimisation.
TomTom
TomTom, the world's most trusted source of digital map data and dynamic content, provide the underlying data for our international address capture, geocoding, directions and route planning and route optimization services. We also use TomTom data to provide the calculations for the expense claims calculator.
United States Postal Service
The US Postal Service data is available as a standalone address management service for the US market or provided as an optional extra within our international address auto-fill service. The Zip + 4® data provides US addressing down to block-level for all 50 states. Updated monthly, the database includes over 130 million address records.
MapData Sciences
MapData Sciences (MDS) specialise in digital data, software and services for business mapping solutions. Data comes from quality government sources, maintained and enhanced by MDS to meet stringent quality controls. The data is used to provide address data for Australia and New Zealand.
Mortascreen™
Mortascreen, from Millennium Direct is the most comprehensive source of both recent and historic death data currently available. The file contains over eight million records and is updated monthly with around 50,000 new records. Data sources include leading funeral providers, insurance companies, probate records and our own registration scheme. Mortascreen covers over 95% of all deaths in the UK.
GRC Database Information
GRC Database Information is an independent consultancy and information provider, specialising in international data knowledge. Run by renowned addressing and data expert, Graham Rhind, we use their extensive address and name data to provide a series of web services that help to standardise and format information before it is parsed for address cleansing.
