At Postcode Anywhere, we love working in teams. Our office is open plan and we don’t believe in locking our managers away either, which means you are free to talk to anyone whenever you need to.

Small things matter to us, like providing breakfast to start the day off well. We enjoy fun activities such as bowling and quiz nights and to encourage everyone to keep super fit we have Corporate Gym membership and a Cycle to Work Scheme. Oh, and we also have a company barge which is available for staff to borrow for evenings and weekends.

Alex Bryan - Senior Account Manager

Customers relationships are forged in sales. Sales isn't a black art. It's a skill people can learn, and as a Postcode Anywhere sales executive, we'll give you all the training you need to start your career.

Alex Bryan joined Postcode Anywhere in 2007 as a member of the technical support team. After moving in to the sales team, he began to focus on the partner channel. Alex is now Postcode Anywhere's Partner Manager.

Tom Gurney - Senior Account Manager

Great customer service is vital for Postcode Anywhere's future success. All of our technical services team have good degrees in IT and are trained to understand each customer's needs, as well as their technical requirements – making every interaction different and the role a near-continuous learning experience.

Tom Gurney joined Postcode Anywhere in 2008 as a member of the technical support team. Finding a flair for helping customers using the company's services in other software, Tom is now Postcode Anywhere’s Integrations Specialist.

The whole ethos at Postcode Anywhere is great. They have got the balance between work and play just right, which is hard to achieve in any company. This balance allows employees to excel in what they do and this is reflected in the company's continued success!

Natalie Green - PR & Communications Assistant

Postcode Anywhere has always focused on the customer, and the product: providing services which are not only more powerful, but easier to install and more intuitive to use, all backed up by world-class support.

Where we've not spent as much time historically is in telling people about the services we offer, relying instead on word-of-mouth and a loyal customer base to spread the word. Natalie has joined Postcode Anywhere's growing marketing team in the role of PR and communications assistant to help share Postcode Anywhere's story.

Postcode Anywhere offers the chance for continuous career development, and promoting people internally is actively encouraged.
