It’s essential to provide staff with a working environment that helps them do their jobs well.

At Postcode Anywhere, we love to work in teams and don’t think anyone should be locked away in cubicles. All of our spaces are open plan. We don’t lock our managers away in offices either, which means you are free to talk to anyone whenever you need to.

Small things matter to us, from providing breakfast so staff can start their day off well. Relationships play an important role in business, so we take the whole team out regularly for meals and other activities. We even have a dedicated Wii room.
