All of our technical services team have good degrees in IT and are trained to understand each customer’s needs, as well as their technical requirements – making every interaction different and the role a near-continuous learning experience.

Helping you grow

Comprehensive
induction training

New employees aren’t inducted in the morning and put on the phones in the afternoon. We’ll give you the skills you need to offer a great level of service and time to practice them.

Day-to-day coaching
and mentoring

When your induction is finished, the training continues. In addition to day-to-day coaching, formal training with an external expert is available on an ad-hoc basis (or at least once a month for the sales team).

Investment in further
qualifications and training

We realise personal development is important to our staff, which is why we invest so much in accredited qualifications and training. We always strive to be the best at what we do.
