After much consideration, we have regrettably decided to withdraw the Customer Profiling service from 31st October 2013.
What it means for you?
Depending on how your organisation consumes our service, from 31st October you will no longer receive Customer Profiling data via API, Web Service or Raw Data Extract. Access to other services will not be affected e.g. UK addressing.
However, if you have developed a bespoke integration, such as UK Addressing + Customer Profiling – we advise contacting us to ensure your service is not affected. Any support issues relating to the service will continue up until the termination date on 31st October 2013.
Unused credit may be used with other services, such as address cleansing or capture & validation – alternatively, we’re happy to refund any unused and unexpired credit left on your account at service termination.

Personal note
We know that many of you found our service useful, and I appreciate this decision will be inconvenient.
We have decided to remove customer profiling in order to focus on core services we’ve supplied to over 8,000 customers since 2001. This will ensure the continued development of new technologies such as Capture+ to improve user experiences and reduce cart abandonment rates.
We hope that you might consider using some of our other services in the foreseeable future.
