Getting started with Postcode Anywhere is really simple.

There are 5 main options for developing with Postcode Anywhere:

• Popups on your web site
  
  Easy to set up and implement. You can customise their look and feel and they work on any web page. Basic development skills required.

• Web service on your web site
  
  Using the web service gives you much greater flexibility and control over the user's experience of the system. No special server components required. More development is required but we've got plenty of samples to help you out.
  
  
• Recogniser on your PC
  
  Simple and powerful macro based system that replicates key strokes into most Windows® applications. Provided with Postcode Anywhere Desktop client software. No development skills required.

• ActiveX DLLs on your PC
  
  Comprehensive controls that you can integrate into any COM client. A range of controls give access to the same dialogues used in Postcode Anywhere Desktop or offer completely transparent access to the service. DLLs can be redistributed free of charge.

  Complete access to the web service without any of our components and without any reliance on Windows®. Useful where deployment is an issue or access is required on different platforms.
