Built on experience
Our infrastructure has been refined from over 10 years' experience. We have 2 independent data centres from different companies, using different hosting providers in different parts of the country. Both are live data centres, so if one is unavailable requests are automatically served by the other.
Each centre also operates fully redundant clusters to service requests, giving us the performance to deal with the biggest loads 24/7.
Unlike most other providers, we're always there when you need us. We don't have planned downtime - we don't take servers down on a Sunday afternoon to apply service packs! Our in-house command and control systems balance load and help us perform rolling upgrades without interrupting your service.
Secure
We also constantly analyse usage patterns both on an individual basis and across our entire platform to ensure the highest levels of security are maintained. Certain territories are also barred from the platform, and we maintain an ever-growing list of rogue IP addresses.
Finally, we undergo quarterly independent security penetration tests to ensure that our network, firewalls and security systems are as good as they can be.
