We host from two completely independent data centres. These are from different companies using different hosting providers in different parts of the country. Crucially, these are both live data centres - we don't have a primary and backup – which means both take the load under normal conditions. If one data centre is unavailable, your requests are automatically and seamlessly redirected to the other. Within each data centre we also operate fully redundant clusters to service requests, giving us the performance to deal with the biggest loads 24/7.

Out operations team monitor the platform 24/7 to make sure we're always on. We monitor usage and traffic to ensure the highest speeds.

We provide “by IP” and URL-based security systems that are entirely under your control. You can also set daily usage limits and daily IP limits to really lock things down.

We also constantly analyse usage patterns both on an individual basis and across our entire platform to ensure the highest levels of security are maintained.

We automatically bar certain territories and maintain an ever-growing list of rogue IP addresses.

Finally, we undergo quarterly independent security penetration tests to ensure that our network, firewalls and security systems are as good as they can be.
