One of the strengths of the Postcode Anywhere web service platform is its versatility. We don’t just provide robust and secure ways for you to access data; we also give you the tools to enable you to integrate and work with the data in as many different environments as you care to mention.

Most Commonly Used Web Services

Web Service Description
NLPGAnywhere Interactive Find
v1.10		 Lists NLPG records matching the specified search term. This general search method combines postcode, street + town and UPRN searches.
Extends v1.00 with improved searching (includes postcode, building and street, partial postcode) as well as BLPU + LPI logical status filters.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive RetrieveByUPRN
v1.00		 Returns a complete record based on the URN.

NLPGAnywhere Interactive FindByCoordinates
v1.00		 Lists NLPG records within the specified geographic extent. Useful for displaying data on a map or integration with GIS systems.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive FindByParts
v1.00		 Finds address records matching the given address parts.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive FindByPoint
v1.00		 Locates NLPG records nearest to a specific location. Provides reverse geocoding for NLPG records. Note: the search is limited to 10km box around the centre-point.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive FindByRadius
v1.00		 Lists NLPG records within the specified geographic extent. Useful for displaying data on a map or integration with GIS systems.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive Hierarchy
v1.00		 Displays the hierarchy of NLPG records.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive RetrieveByAddress
v1.00		 Returns all property details linked to the specified address.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive RetrieveByPostcode
v1.00		 Returns all property details linked to the specified postcode.
NLPGAnywhere Interactive RetrieveByUSRN
v1.00		 Returns all property details linked to the specified Unique Street Reference Number.
OneScotlandGazetteer Interactive Find
v1.10		 Lists OneScotland Gazetteer records matching the specified search term. This general search method combines postcode, street + town and UPRN searches.
