Here you can choose how the recogniser will be triggered. By default the recogniser is switched on, but you can toggle this with the Recogniser when I type a complete postcode setting. The recogniser is also set to work by default when you press the spacebar after typing a postcode. This can be turned off meaning that you will have to type a question mark after a postcode to start the recogniser.

A lookup can also be triggered by a hot key. The default setting for this is Ctrl + Y but you can choose any combination of letters, numbers or function keys with Shift, Ctrl or Alt.

This tells the software how to react with new rules from other users of your account. New rules created by other users are received and become available as soon as they are created by default. If this option is not selected new rules will only become available to you when the software is restarted or when the Refresh button in the rules window is clicked.

Users can also be notified when new rules are created if they have chosen to receive them immediately. With this option turned on a message will be displayed from the system tray each time a new rule is received.
