Admin Tools - Rule management

When a rule is created by a user, the only person able to make changes to it is that same user. Therefore, as an administrator/account owner you may need to stop this situation from arising, or to take charge if it does.

This admin tool will let you do just that. You can edit or even delete rules as desired.

Select the users whose rules you wish to edit

First of all select the user whose rules you wish to change. This list is compiled of all users on the account who have created a rule.

Select the rule to edit or delete

Next the rules created by the selected user are displayed. Pick the desired rule from the dropdown list at the top and choose whether to edit or delete the selected rule.

Make manual changes to the rule

Changes to the rule can now be made. The rule can be made private to the user so only they can use it, or vice versa if everyone should have access to it. If you need to make changes to the rule itself simply make them on the page and click Finish to save them.

Everything here should be self explanatory apart from editing the rule itself. Follow the following link for a description of what everything in the step editor means.
